After installing Remind Someone open from the iMessage app drawer.
Turn the outer wheel to set the date.
Turn the inner wheel to set the time.
Tap the centre button for hours and minutes.
Tap the ⓘ symbol to set location or repeat reminders.
To create your own personal tasks and reminders simply send them to yourself in iMessage.
